Mr. Roberts is considered to be the areas premier architect in his ability to grasp and understand the very essence of a client’s ideas and then translate them into the required building plans. His ability to contribute to and keep the “personality” in the project is maintained because he infuses his creativity into the drawings which he still produces by hand. Eschewing the computer aided design he keeps his finger on the pulse of the evolving product to insure that the client is in touch with the moment by moment transitions. His is a rare and unique method in today’s technologically driven world and brings a fresh and personalized approach to all of his designs.

Client communication is a vital characteristic for every project and Mr. Roberts exemplifies an almost uncanny ability to interpret that communication into the tangible aspects of architecture. He has worked extensively in the Bay Area since 1985 and is very familiar with the governmental and regulatory procedures required for quick and smooth code compliance.
