Every project proceeds through several phases of the design and building process before final completion. Architectural Consulting Services can assist with the following services:

Conceptual Site Analysis and Preliminary Plan
Every project begins with a planning and exploration discussion. Before drawing begins, we analyze with you the constraints and opportunities of the site, soils, utilities, zoning restrictions, privacy concerns, scenic views, mature vegetation and other elements of the proposed building site. We carefully review the clients concepts, ideas and budget while clarifying specific requirements and individual needs to be incorporated into the preliminary plan.

Design Development Phase
Initial drawings are made to determine the architectural style and theme which will best encompass and exemplify the parameters of all the requirements of the conceptual stage.

This is the time when engineering consultants, lighting designers and cost consultants review the design drawing and collaborate to insure that the various elements are going to work to the best advantage when incorporated into the overall design.

Construction Documents and Administration Phase
Construction plans document, complete and record the overall design and must include small scale detailing and material specifications to provide consistency, clarity and assurance of the design concepts established earlier. Many times the design finalization continues into the construction phase providing unique opportunities to improve or expand the original design intentions.
